I don’t remember this anger from you in the past. Have I been too dump to catch it? Too innattentive? Or, is this new? If it’s new, I hope things get better. If you’ve always carried this anger, I’m sorry.
As to your question - you do seem to miss my point. Or maybe I miss your point and you need to dumb it down even more?
As TJJ pointed out UCLA recruited well under Mora. He left Chip 14 guys that signed nfl contracts. Under Chip, recruiting to an elephantine dump, no offense to the players themselves. I have a nagging suspicion that Chip was handcuffed by the administrators. I think that if that is not the case then CDF will bring us back, recruiting-wise. It occurs to me that there may be an additional headwind that Chip didn’t have for most of his tenure. Nil may prevent us from returning us to our lofty recruiting heights. So my Jarmond theory may not be testable after all.
So your proposed bet makes no sense to me. If I’m saying that I think the admin was thwarting Chip’s recruiting efforts, why would I bet that CDF would return us to our former lofty heights? I’ve proposed that is why he was hired - he’s a guy that might comply with the admin’s constraints.
So your proposal doesn’t make a lick of sense to me. 🤷🏼♂️
