Interesting video. My gut tells me that Caleb Williams will be a bust.

That is that he will not be a top 10 NFL QB within 3 years.

But then again, if the likes of Mason Rudolph/Kenny Pickett, Desmond Ridder, Bryce Young, Daniel Jones, Sam Howell, Mac Jones/Bailey Zappe, Zack Wilson, Geno Smith, Deshaun watson, Aiden O'connell, Will Levis, Justin Fields, and Baker Mayfield are still starting QBs, them maybe Williams breaks into the top 10.

There appears to be a dearth of good NFL QBs out there. Or to the point of the video, there seems to be a lot of teams with a mismatch in terms of the QBs they have and the coaching staffing/offensive philosophy that suits their QB's unique qualities.
