My certificate of naturalization reads..

"It is punishable by law to copy, print, or photograph this certificate."

So to satisfy Noem's requirement to carry papers, I need to have the original with me while I'm out? If I carry a copy, that's a sure way to get detained, denaturalized, and deported for violating the law stated on the certificate.

So carry a passport? Mine has long expired, so I have to apply for a new one. A friend's uncle showed a passport card, and still got detained. His wife had to show the passport to get him released.
