Of course, BITD, high school and college programs (D2 and D3) used to have "junior varsity" games. Probably some high schools still do, esp the big programs with 100+ kids like Mater Dei. Those kids need live competition to make a case for PT later this year or most certainly next year.

During the Donahue era, did Ucla have JV games v other schools?
