The NCAA is incompetent. It needs to go away as soon as possible. It’s an antiquated concept and has failed. The teams below need to set their own rules And agree. Then the CBA and commish operate as your policeman to enforce its rules.

Why is a media market relevant? There is t a school in a top 10 market that compares to the ratings of OhionState, AA, Tuscaloosa, Tennessee, Athens etc. Major markets are irrelevant.

Why do you want to cap what a player can make at such a nominal amount? 20k? Players at a number of schools, Utah for example are getting more than that already.

Capping coaches salaries is crazy when they are so important to a program. As Bama’s AD said, their U has never made a better investment in their schools history.

64 teams is WAAAAY too many. Nobody even wanted Wazzu or Oregon state in the power 4. People do not want to each Kal or Vandy or Indiana or Vandy or Wake or Northwestern or Duke etc. They want to see power matchups every weekend. Oklahoma v Sc, Florida v Penn state, Bama v Clemson, Ohio state v Texas. Why should lesser programs free ride?

You need
1. Buckeyes
2. Michigan
3. Penn state
4. Washington
5. Oregon
6. Sc
7. Michigan State
8. Wisky
9. Nebraska
10. Clemson
11. Florida State
13. Miami
13. Bama
14. Georgia
15. Florida
16. Tennessee
17. Auburn
18. Texas
19. Oklahoma
20. A&M
21. Old Miss
22. LSU
23 Notre Dame

Then you look at the folllwing for geographic diversity and balance, but cap at 28-32:

UCLA
Unc
UVA
ASU
ok State
Ucf
Baylor
Zona
Utah
BYU
TCU
Nc state
Cuse
Rutgers
