Yes, players will form a union just like most on a university. UC has literally DOZENS of unions. Players will get a percentage of revenues and salary caps will be set every year.
COLA is irrelevant, markets, irrelevant. Those concepts are self-serving coming from people in major metro areas. There are benefits and costs to living anywhere. Tough crap. Are we gonna adjust for high tax areas too?
