Foster definitely seems to be favoring SoCal, UCLA, and NFL connections among his coaching staff.

This could portend a heavy emphasis on SoCal recruiting for the Bruins. Of course, any emphasis on recruiting anywhere will be a happy change of pace (for many fans, at least).
