After Habba’s repeated assurances that Trump would post the bond, she is asking the court to relieve him of the obligation to post the bond because 30 companies declined to bond the appeal, either because they do not believe his valuations of his assets or because he refuses to disclose information on the properties themselves sufficient to assess his ownership interests and indebtedness of the properties. Occam’s razor: he doesn’t have the money.
