As anybody who knows anything about investing will tell you it's vital to keep at least 10-15% of your asset portfolio in cash. The reason of course is obvious, to make investments when the opportunity arises. If you don't have the cash, you can't invest.
This is true whether you're a real estate investor or a stock market investor or art or whatever.
Now el trumpo has lied to us that he's worth 6 billion or 10 billion depending on what lie/day of the week it is. So he should easily have 500 million in cash on the low end. Unless he's a fraud. Which he clearly is.
Now tell us more about how we need to abandon Ukraine because they can't win against the mighty Putin.
