the key is to always use other people's money for investment. In case the reason Trump ended up going bankrupt after the Atlantic City casino thing is that he actually used his own money into that property.
So I'm assuming all that money that's invested in this or that business that he's engaged in is not exactly his own money. And that it's all a shell game in the first place.
