WWII - present: 80 years

Your life spanned over the post WWII America which has run its course. Congratulations on living long enough over the whole cycle and perhaps seeing the next one unfold. I'm sure you aren't happy about the latter, but after 80 years, it has to happen. It's not sustainable. Hopefully it won't take a major War like WWII for the next transformative period to emerge.
