When Ucla has a non-charismatic coach that doesn't go all out for every kid but on a select few, Ucla recruiting is meh to poor (quality might be ok, but numbers will be low)
When Ucla has a coach with no credibility but has some rizz, Ucla recruiting is meh (ok numbers, but quality might be lacking in high % of recruits)
When Ucla has a coach with charisma, good credibility, and is fighting hard on the recruiting front, Ucla recruiting can be very good.
I'm not sure what would happen if Ucla had a coach with low charisma, good credibility, and fights hard on the recruiting front for every recruit, not just the ones that meet a narrow profile.
