Money didn't make Saban the best, becoming the best is what produced the money, Saban is driven by wanting to be the best and towards that goal he developed and tweaked a system of values that eventually produced a consistently excellent football program.
Does he enjoy making 10 million plus a year, who wouldn't, but he doesn't wake up thinking about his next raise.
To say that his values are not a priority to him is crazy talk ....it's his life work.
