Pete Thamel reports that BOB is headed home to Boston.
I'm an old man who believes in keeping one's word, hence I think this smells. I suspect some Bruins' fans (BTW I consider myself one of those -- since the Gail Goodrich days). feel the same about Chip.
But, it's a brave new world out there.
Mike Vrabel, BTW, could be headed to Madison. Mike and Wisconsin coach Luke Fickell have been close friends since they both started for three years on the same defensive line at Ohio State in the mid-1990s.
Many think Luke is the next Ohio State coach in waiting. I'm not so sure.
