You need billionaires willing to donate a million a year to NIL. If you have 25-30 rich alumnni willing to fork over 1 million a year, that gives you all the NIL you need to compete at the highest level. But UCLA only has 2-3 million a year donors according to Jamal Madni from the LAFB channel. Even USC only has 8-10 million a year donors. Not enough to compete at the highest level. You need 25-30.
