to dozens of small business owners you will hear near unanimously that their biggest problem is finding anyone who wants to work even at good wages. Most of these are blue collar jobs that require actual physical work. Too many Americans think they should be able to make a living with their phone and not doing physical work. Excepting a very few, there's no way Americans would go to the fields regardless of the pay.
