Well thought out, well stated.
Here's my response. The phrase, "conspiracy theory" and especially "conspiracy theorist" imply that no one with money and power ever collaborates with another person with money and power behind the scenes to protect or increase that money and power.
I would posit: they do.
There are laws on the books making conspiracy a crime.
I think there are things that happen in the public world for which there is no rational explanation using what is publically known. I don't get too wrapped up in it, as there is nothing I can do about it.
But, in the 90's, PBS made a very convincing case that there was more to JFK's murder than a nutjob in a high rise.
Here's where I lose every shred of credibility I may ever have had a hope of having on this board. Any wisp of a benefit of a doubt? Gone.
9/11. Come on. Imo, there is no way on earth those buildings collapse on themselves. Both of them. Why does a building not involved in the incident also collapse?
And, here is the coupe de grace, the extinguishment of any home to be taken seriously on this board ..... Condi said "there is now way anyone could have anticipated terrorists using airliners as missiles." On the 9/10 the Pentagon had a fire drill, practicing a scenario in which a commercial airliner was flown into the building*. At the very least, they anticipated that event.
*The Pentagon's calendar was online (I have not looked at it for a long time, have no idea if it still is). You could go back several years and look at it. I went on their website and calendar - sure enough, it was there.
So, do I think we haven't been told anything resembling the whole truth about 9/11? Absolutely.
Do I care much about it? Nah.
Do people with money and power conspire to aggregate more money and power? Of course they do. Look at Mr. T. You think he's being transparent about everything he's doing?
