As MH (I think) said, most of the guys Chip left were at the end of their eligibility + he left Foster very little time to recruit. So by and large we brought in anyone, if only to get numbers. And whereever we could we put pr lipstick n the guys coming in. Our failure to bring in help in the trenches is the killer.
