I understand that they are reciprocal, but that doesn't have to mean they are equal or equivalent. That still allows for Chip to receive $8 million (or whatever) if UCLA ends the contract early, and UCLA to receive $1.5 million if Chip ends the contract early. That would still be "reciprocal."
