Who can run a program. Almost every hire is an offensive guy. Bama, Michigan, Washington. Almost every top job is offensive oriented. Ohio state, LSU, SC, Clemson, Texas, Florida, Penn State, Ole Miss, Florida State.

The D guys are Smart, a Smart acolyte (Lanning) and Venebles (and he hasn’t excelled so far.

My guy is gone. Joe Brady is now the full time OC in Buffalo.
