That’s great in theory, but there in NFW UCLA is getting that guy. The CEO coach is a well established guy with a huge network. The prototype is Saban. The reality is that a CEO HC is gonna cost at least 8mm and then big $$ to bring in that sharp OC and DC.

If you hire the sharp OC as HC you are saving a ton of $$ and only need to spend big for a DC. In a perfect world I agree hire the CEO. I don’t think UCLA lives in a perfect world.
