I don’t follow your point. I don’t think many 70 year olds have coached historically. I also don’t know how streaming works execs have anything to do with coaching. That’s a commish/President/AD function.
I missed your point I think. I don’t think Saban leaves if there was some structure around the system. I don’t think NIL was his issue l, but more the portal. In his mind, his job was to create men, teach football and win. It’s hard to do that currently because the portal provides no accountability to the player. If a coach uses the bench to teach or lesson, they just leave. Yes, it provides them the chance to make some $$, but the kids oftentimes are losing out on other things.
