Is there an ideal Big 10 roster and can we/CMC build one?

No disrespect to our current players, as I'm paid of them and appreciate what they accomplished.

The Big team is proving to be an excellent conference once again. The heck with the conference tourney, I think successfully navigating the regular season grind is the key. Finishing in the top 3 or better.

Can CMC build an ideal Big 10 roster and what could/should it look like? Of course for next year.
