I love how Close is developing the team.
The passing patterns just keep getting better. The defense keeps getting better. (Kiki is really stepping up her D) And, we're running incredibly well. The play where CLW kept pushing forward, no one would commit to her and she took it almost the length of the court was beautiful. And Jacquez is such a weapon on the break. Said this at the beginning of the season, we should be incredible on the break. We've got 4 players that can get out on the break, make the final pass on the break, at an incredibly high level in Rice, CLW, Jacquez, Kneekens. Dugalic can do that, too. Jacquez, Rice, CLW, and Dugalic can all finish the break at a very high level. Kneepkens and Lauren can certainly get out and finish. We rebound really well, so players can leak. We've got 5 players that can spot up for an open 3, Jacquez, CLW, Jacquez, Kneepkens, Dugalic. And, we've got players that can grab a rebound and go, Kiki, Kneepkens, Dugalic, CLW, Jacquez. Our break should continue to improve, as the players get to know each other better and better.
