He said he saw Chesney racing down the sideline before the play, trying to get the line judge's attention, to call a time out, but the line judge did not give him the time out. The line judge kept trying to respond to Cheney but Chesney was having none of it.
Speculation was that Chesney saw something and knew we were in the wrong coverage and wanted a time out to change it but the refs didn't listen and give it to him
