Id say the exception does not prove the rule. Id also argue that this hire exposed Jarmond.
The face remains that it is MUCH more difficult to hire someone at the point in time that Chip decided to quit. Remember Chip QUIT. Hes a quitter. Chip quit to take a coordinator position.
As Thunder wrote and as I previously wrote BoB WANTED to be in Boston bc of his kid. It's really a one-off.
