Chip's employment at Ucla was over Dec 2024. He was shown the door and he walked through it. The timing wasn't of his choosing.

Ucla instigated this mess and paid for their incompetence. We now have a newbie coach and a cast of NFL retreads as assistants (with two exceptions).
