There is an ESPN article that says the pending NLRB usc action somehow pierces both private and public universities because it implicates the PAC and the NCAA.

I don’t even think that matters much. If privates makes athletes employees (thus more compensation) in order to stay competitive the publics will be forced to make them employees. You think Bama or Ohio State is going to cede all the recruits to SUC and Miami?
