The high tech engineers/entrepreneurs know that ROI will only work if you contribute *first* (we'll collect the money from advertisers first via subscriber scaling...the more eCPM you have, the more advertisers are willing to pay) and then they'll pay you the amount agreed upon based on eCPM. They ain't dumb enough like UCLA AD paying a boatload of $$$ to Chip first and then get squat.
Why do you think most billionaires nowadays are high tech engineers/entrepreneurs?
