NIL is pay for play. I think becoming known as a place that gives you cold, hard cash will be quite a bit more attractive than a place that relies on promises to market and promote players. How many of these guys have significant potential to become social media stars? Like how many offensive tackles, linebackers, etc. Very, very few. Plus, I would think players just want to do as little as possible to get their $$ (outside of playing ball). Creating content would seem to be a real pain.

Like I said in the first line, NIL is pay for play. Until this changes you either have to embrace it or suffer the consequences.
