Jarmond is putting his own people in place, and regardless of how hard you try to present fact-free scenarios as to why these people left..... Jarmond and Foster are putting a group in place that is likely to bring more excitement to the program. Chip Kelly was lazy, and whatever he could potentially bring to the table today wasn't enough to get him a head coaching job in the NFL, nor in College today. My bet is that he last 2 years at the most at Ohio state. He's lost a couple of steps as a play caller, and being an OC at a big time program is going to further expose something we've seen up close for the last few years.
Oh...and I'm actually kind of hoping Schlee transfers as I'm looking forward to Justyn Martin getting more opportunities to capitalize on his upside.
