There is an individual who posts incessantly, here, there, and everywhere.
It is extremely evident that this individual lives with Bruin victories and DIES with their defeats. It's also evident that this individual exists vicariously through the abilities of our college athletes; abilities he never himself ever experienced nor shall he ever experience except in the deep recesses of his diluted mind.
In all likelihood, his experiences have never eclipsed the level of T-ball or at best, having played the obligatory one inning in right field in Little League.
After a Bruin loss, he will note that if player X had made that one free throw with 12:37 in the first half, the Bruins would've been victorious.
Can't really blame him though. He doesn't understand the pressures, responsibilities. and challenges of playing at a high level, let alone lacking the talent and he will never know.
So I would suggest that Mr. V contain his emotions and quell his anger and think back to his youth where a line from a song exemplifies his true experiences:
"And those whose names were never called when choosing sides for basketball."
Just enjoy your role as a fan and continue your Walter Mitty existence. Oh, and please keep all sharp items at a distance.
