but imo having an interim isn't the end of the world - depending on who the finalists are. Still think White would be fine, Rees could also.
This coming season won't be very pretty. What's essential is to rebuild the foundation of the program - launch all out recruiting, rebuild the donor base and fan support, get the FB NIL going again. White and Rees have been coordinators and have a lot of energy. Haven't met Foster but leaping from position coach to HC - CEO of a modern FB program - not just all the FB stuff but the whole operation - just on that basis it's a leap too far.
