MoW leader Graiwer sucks

If you can get to the top with excuses and whining, than Ucla football is on the right path with Graiwer running MoW. He's an embarrassingly weak executive. His claim against Chip can be summarized as follows: It's all Chip's fault.

When leaders resort to blame of this sort they are losers admitting defeat. Graiwer is a loser.

I will continue to donate to MoW but it needs far better, positive attitude with more imagination from its leadership than it's gettin now from Graiwer. We can do so much better.

Someone should ask Graiwer to step aside. If he remains, three years from now he'll be bad mouthing the new coach as he did Chip and we'll have nothing to show for our time spent.

Graiwer slobbers over Cronin and the NIL program around the basketball team. But he seems oblivious to the idea that basketball and football NIL are completely different. Basketball players are more easily monetized since they have a quick and direct route to the pros (one and done). Football players are 3-year endeavors, at best, and there are far more of them.

Bigger money requirement and less direct payback make football NIL a much tougher ask. Graiwer is failing at football.

Rather than excusing his own incompetence by dancing on the grave of Chip Kelly, one would hope Graiwer either steps up his game or steps aside so the Bruins can make needed progress in football NIL. Weak and disappointing leadership abounds at Ucla and now, unfortunately at MoW. That needs to change.

Donate anyway. NIL is our path to a brighter football future, not this pointless cycling through coaches of the pre-NIL era in CFB. With enough money we have a chance to overcome the incompetence which plagues us.
