UCLA should be looking at:
A guy who is familiar with the Big 10 and Big 10 country
A guy who wants to recruit, persuade, and build excitement
A guy who understands and embraces the new CFB landscape (NIL, portal, etc)
A guy who wants to recruit, persuade, and build excitement
A guy who is under 45 years old
A guy who wants to recruit, persuade, and build excitement
A guy for which success at UCLA means everything to him professionally and probably wants to be an NFL head coach
A guy who wants to recruit, persuade, and build excitement
