That would be a bit of a demotion, don't you think?
UCLA should have hired Jedd Fisch when the opportunity presented itself.
Heck, I would have been okay with UCLA taking a chance and promoting D'Anton Lynn after this season.
UCLA's best chance of hiring a great coach is not trying to poach a head coach from somewhere else, but finding a diamond in the rough who is currently a top assistant (like Fisch was in 2017) and giving them a shot at HC.
