They've scored 2 runs or fewer in 4 of the last 10 games. They've scored 5 or more runs twice in that stretch. With this pitching staff they don't need a lot of runs to win, but this team has struggled to score even just 3 or more on a consistent basis.
I don't think this team should be written off yet, but without some timely hitting they will struggle to make it out of Regionals.
