by bringing in some lights-out pitchers to slam the door in the eighth and ninth innings. I like this pickup for the Dodgers. IIRC, American League pitchers seem to do well in the NL. And Sherrill's been terrific.
The NL playoffs are going to be great. Not to jinx the Dodgers.
