The team at +19 is of course our Dodgers. The team at +9 is the St. Louis Cardinals. If they were in the same division as the Dodgers, they would be a full 5 games behind! And that would still be the biggest lead in any division!
St. Louis, at 29-20 is at .596, the Dodgers, at 34-15 are at .694, almost a full 100 points higher. The Dodgers on the road are at 16-10, and at .615 are better than the full record of any other team. The Dodgers post Manny are at 13-7, and at .650 are also better than the full record of any other team. (BSII ought to be happy about that, he said he would be happy with .500.)
