It wasn't easy. His reliever walked Martin with bases loaded and two outs in the ninth, for the only run of the game, to hang the loss on him.
And naturally, Kershaw pitched a shutout for seven innings and has nothing to show for it. His record shows 0-2 (granted, two bad games) but should be 3-2.
It sure was a different game than the one yesterday. But chalk up another home victory. We are 1/10th of the way to a perfect season at home. :-)
