stuff, which is why I would have to do some serious research on it to pick up the best bet for the next gen technology rather than the bigger iterations of the current tech ... which is where risk taking becomes part of smart investment.
That said, if the next gen tech has not shaped up yet, and quantum computing is not just around the corner, I'd say the hunger for more power will continue to increase with GPT5, and you know they're working like crazy to get there as soon as possible.
If I had to run away from all, and need to rebuild my life somewhere, I'd go with Australia and New Zealand, to be honest with you. I don't think even Canada will remain immune to the sh*tshow that may be going down in the US. They are too close to us.
