I invested in a biotech company a few years ago that was supposed to be getting approval for a new Alzheimer's drug. I took it in the shorts on that one. Still have the stock. It's still in the cellar.

You seem to know a bit about AI and stuff. ASML or something? Or you mean something different than chip makers. Actually they don't make chips but instead make the machines that make the chips. That stock is at an all time high and over 900 dollars a share. Any other ideas?

A few years ago I looked into buying property in Vancouver BC. A million dollars was barely enough back then. I don't think it is now. Talk about a sky high real estate market. But maybe some place between there and Alaska if the Canadians would let you in...

In the US you get 250K in FDIC protection. In Europe it's only 100K/eur. And also, too, inflation. Asia?
