DODJ admits vote by mail would not work

Marc elias said in a briefing filed by the DOJ in court, if the USPS rule is eventually put into law for THIS election, there's a "grievous likelihood that voters in some states will not be prepared and their citizens will be unable to vote by mail in this election."

They have admitted in a court filing if it passes voters will be impacted.
