I don't usually post here but this touches on my lane.
Homicide just means death at the hands of another (person). It does not signify any legal blame or fault.
If you shot dead an axe-wielding intruder to your home, it would be ruled a homicide. Homicide can be justifiable.
No, I'm not MAGA and I don't think this homicide is justifiable.
