Traditional capitalism needs these numbers to know how to play the market and know what they need to respond to. While I'm sure they have their own gauges everywhere, I doubt that they have anything that is as comprehensive as the state numbers.

With those numbers gone, Trump is taking a valuable tool away from them. So... how will they respond? My guess+: they will have to pay Trump some premium through his crypto or something to have access to the true numbers in secret.
