I doubt NIL is sustainable for us but at an Ohio State where it is part of the university's fund raising drive or Texas A&M where they can make an oil billionaire feel as if he owns a sports team, it's sustainable.
Look at BYU, the 2nd highest guard being paid in the state of Utah was a BYU freshman. The owner of the Jazz can also own BYU's BB team by making his yearly donation which is much less than what he pays for the Jazz overall.
