make an exception for that. The "resignation buyout" should be for resigning to take another gig. Make an exception to the buyout clause for the things you mentioned.
Like I said with player contracts, there should be a "resignation buyout" that goes into effect if the player transfers to play for another team. If they transfer to another school, w/o playing football, it wouldn't apply.
