Has Urban Meyers been discussed as the next UCLA coach?

One could argue he’s positioning himself for an interview. He's said some nice things lately. I know there were some health issues and the ignoring of domestic violence with his assistant, but it seems he might be ready to step back into the coaching ring. How opposed would the community be to him?
