Ucla, starting with Guerrero and now continuing on overdrive with Jarmond, has destroyed the football program. Destroyed. Not damaged. Not downgraded. Destroyed.
This isn't a "rebuild". This program has been destroyed.
Fire Ucla. If you love the Bruins football team, you have no choice but to fire Ucla.
Stop supporting this demolition. Stop believing the pap that they represent some greater good, a higher power, an "elite" university. They are none of those.
They're insulated, internally focused bureaucrats with no business, marketing or competitive experience.
Winning for them is clocking toward their pensions and free healthcare for life. Winning for them is more pay and shorter hours with lightened responsibility. Winning for them is employer provided boondoggles. Winning for them doesn't require having a stout football program. It just doesn't matter in a direct way to Ucla's bureaucrats.
We need to make it matter.
Firing the lot won't work. Ucla will replace these incompetents with more incompetents. Jarmond, for one, isn't the problem. He's a symptom of the problem. Ucla itself is the problem.
Stop supporting this team. Fight against the insanity that is Ucla.
What you saw last night is Ucla's neglect, laziness and stupidity. And what you saw last night will be all you get from Ucla. What you saw last night, you're expected to support. Don't support it! Ucla is incapable of changing itself or anything you saw last night.
Fire Ucla.
