I don't think you understand how education works.
Adjunct professors have no power and absolutely no say. They teach what the tenured faculty tells them to teach. They pick last in terms of what classes they get, and if there aren't enough classes, they get bumped. There are so many of them because UCLA can pay them very little and give tenured faculty more money.
25% of part-time professors nationally are on government aid.
They aren't a good example of the success of having outsourced education at UCLA.
You should pick a better example.
